To initiate a return or refund, you may submit your request online via our website or visit our physical store within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase.
Returns and refunds requested through our website are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests made after 30 days must be handled in person at one of our stores.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in good condition, and used only as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
Returns will also be accepted if an incorrect or incomplete order was received.
A collection fee may apply, or customers may return the product to the nearest store.
Products will only be collected from the original delivery address.
Pink Cosmetics and its delivery partners will contact you to arrange collection where applicable. For this purpose, your personal information may be shared with our authorised logistics providers in accordance with data protection regulations.
Before a refund is issued, Pink Cosmetics reserves the right to inspect the returned product or forward it to the supplier for assessment.
Refunds will not be granted for defects or damages resulting from:
Normal wear and tear or deterioration
Neglect, misuse, or improper handling
Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
Damage caused by electrical surges, lightning, or external factors
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless found to have a material defect:
Personalised items
Custom-made or special-order products
Cut-to-size or tinted products
Pink Cosmetics does not offer refunds on prepaid services or digital products, where applicable.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Pink Cosmetics Returns & Refunds Policy and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, EFT, or approved account).
EFT refunds are subject to verification and will be credited within 7 business days after approval.
Refund amounts may be adjusted to account for:
Delivery or courier costs already incurred
Restocking fees on special or custom orders
If you have changed your mind, Pink Cosmetics will gladly assist with a return in line with the above terms. In such cases, an additional collection or handling fee may be charged at our discretion.
