DELIVERY FEES

At Pink Cosmetics, we aim to make shopping as easy and convenient as possible. We deliver directly to your door throughout Germany.

For orders under €99, a flat shipping fee of €9.95 applies.

All orders placed through our online store are fully insured and covered during transit.

Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast delivery.

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping takes place Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Depending on stock availability, delivery is typically completed within 2–3 business days.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

We currently deliver to all regions within Germany.

Local pickup is available from our physical store.

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. are prepared the same day.
Customers will receive email and SMS notifications within 24 hours when their order is ready for collection.
Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be ready for pickup the next business day after 4:00 p.m..

Orders can be collected from Pink Cosmetics during store operating hours.
